This honey is collected by our bees from cotton blossoms in Central California.  Remarkably, the honey tastes nothing like what you would imagine. Buttery, yet with a definite tang, the flavor makes you think more of a hard lemonade than a fluffy cloud!  This darker variety of honey is filled with antioxidants and is not too sweet.
